ORDERING PROCEDURES :
Step 1 – Membership Registration
- Please first read all the policies and procedures. After you have understood and accepted these information, please fill in the membership form. All the name, address and email address fields must exactly match your Paypal or Moneybookers details, as they will be used to generate order, invoice and shipping labels. Please also provide updated telephone number, as delivery agents will use it to contact you if necessary. Please note that we NEVER NEED YOUR CREDIT CARD NO. OR PAYMENT SYSTEM PASSWORD IN ALL PROCESSES.
- Due to HK Post mailing system still not offering tracking function or insurance for some countries, if you find your country is not available on the membership page, we are sorry that at this moment membership in your country cannot be accepted by us. We will continue to follow HK Post for any further expansion on their coverage.
- After registration submitted and passed verification, we will active your membership within 1 working day.
Step 2 – Studying and Selecting Item
- As most of our items are 2nd hand, and normally not in perfect condition, all members must study our item page carefully to understand the item status clearly. We will do our best to put additional notes and photos at “Special notes / Manager’s Hints” if item is lower than 90% condition. Please make sure you really understand and accept the item before adding it to your cart. If you have any hesitation, don’t purchase but contact us first with any question.
- After you have understood and accepted item and decided to purchase, please "Login" your member account and put item "Add to Cart".
Step 3 – Check Out and Invoicing
- After selecting all items for purchase, please click “Checkout” button inside "View Cart". At the order page, please check all your information and order details are correct, then select the preferred payment method and declaration value. Our packing team will work out the best shipping method and shipping cost for your order. We will issue final invoice directly to your payment system. Please check the invoice and arrange payment within 3 days.
- Invoice will automatically cancel if member failed to complete payment after 3 days.
Step 4 – Follow Up on Membership Account
- After successful payment we will arrange shipment accordingly. The shipping status, tracking code, and previous order details will be recorded in your member account, just log in your member account to review them.
MEMBERSHIP SUSPENSION :
We reserve the rights to SUSPEND membership without any notice if any member violates the terms & conditions or with misbehavior action – eg. use fraud or unmatched information, using unverified or unregistered Paypal account to order, failed to pay invoice etc. We will also CANCEL membership if account without any “Login” record for ONE year.
We are reasonable and responsible people but we only responsible to real mistake / problem at our end. We are doing our best to show all the related information clearly at product description, if you have any hesitation, don’t purchase but contact us first with any question. Please understand that we never accept return of merchandise or refund request because "item was not what you expected" or "personal reason". If you have any problem on our item, please contact us within 3 days of item received, any unauthorized returned will never be accepted or responsible.
